For over 27 years Marjorie A. Myers greeted diners at her Paco's Mexican Restaurant in Winter Park with a smile and great food. Recently the Paco's family lost Marj to cancer. During her life, Marj was an active member of the community--giving back whenever she could and creating an enjoyable work environment for all of her valued employees, many of whom have worked at Paco's since it first opened its doors over 27 years ago.

To honor Marj's great memory and her commitment to service, Paco's is hosting a fundraiser to create the Marjorie A. Myers Memorial Scholarship Fund for area high-school seniors planning to pursue a degree in the culinary arts.

The MARJarita Fiesta will take place on Sunday, June 7th, 2009 from 3pm to 6pm at Paco's on 1801 W. Fairbanks Avenue in Winter Park. Included with each $20 adult or $5 child ticket will be one meal and drink of your choice, live music and plenty of other fun and festivities including raffles, $2 special edition MARJarita's and much more.

Please join us for this special event and help give back to the community as Marj would have loved.
