This is the only information that Orange County CORE can confirm---this information is taken DIRECTLY off of the OCPS web site and lists the schools with less than 500 students.

OCPS has claimed that IF they close elementary schools, the criteria would be:

- less than 500 in enrollment

-Not been renovated in last two years or up for renovation in next two years (this list is on the OCPS web site also)

-Geographic proximity to other elementary schools

Orange County CORE has made NUMEROUS record requests from the OCPS network. We have YET to receive an entire request--complete. This is our last request, please note the letter to OCPS from the CORE lawyer.......when will we get our answers? Does the public not deserve an answer in the Sunshine ?
